Comment from the Booth organizer

Another Great Art Gallery Outing.

Even before we were finished setting up we had Americans coming to ask us questions and to pickup some cool Ron Paul Gear. We have Buttons, literature, and some very cool Cards made by one of our members.

I was asking everyone who came up if they had heard of Ron Paul, and Most had. This appears to be increasing each week we have the Pavilion up.

We were asked similar questions as per usual- "Why are you guys doing this" and the "this is Canada"

Our position on this is "When the US troops come home, so will ours" and "When Ron Paul gets US out of the Patriot Act, and Nafta, Canada will follow suit!"

But those that said it were more than willing to stand around to debate points and listen to what Ron Paul's position is on many issues. We had pro- and anti abotionists come up, and when we explained Ron Pauls' position, everyone was satisfied that his position was the correct one, even if they were on the other side of the fence as it were.

It's tough to argue against the Feds getting out of ourlives, and today, no one did!

There were several other groups with their booths there as well. A group against animal violence as well as some 9/11 truthers. Both groups came up to talk to us and share ideas.

Perhaps the most encouraging/exciting part of the day is when people from the other booth told us that there were people who came to see their booths on other days, and were wondering where the RON PAUL booth was.

This was especially encouraging!

All in all, it was another successful event. We got some good information that the crowds down at the Art Gallery get bigger in the later afternoon, so our next one will likely be in the 3-7 time frame.

I look forward to our next event

Chris
